Key experience and additional qualification:

• More than 25 years of experience in all important issues of urban transport policy in planning
• Initiating, controlling and implementation of different strategies, measures and pilot projects with special focus on innovation and the implementation process (e. g. new stakeholder process for the design of public space, campaigns for change in mobility behavior)
• Large network incities, ministries and authorities on federal state and national level, associations, political organizations, research institutes
• Multiple experiencesas speaker at national and international conferences and workshops
• Representation of Berlin at national and international city networks
• 1996-2017 member of a commission of the leading transport planners of 50 German cities (2005-14 head of this commission)
• Member of several advisory boards and councils (e. g. for the German Federal Ministry of Transport, the City of Zurich and the thinktank Agora Verkehrswende)
